I Invite you to share this experience with me, I hope it will be both entertaining and informative. Like a lot of those Trampers before me who have blogged I will include content relating to my preparation (Fitness, Equipment, Website Setup & Costs,) hopefully a Day to Day update and an Epilogue. All I have to do during the next 9 months is learn how to put this all together for you.

Whilst some readers may feel that my site, at times, may feel not dissimilar to other sites relating to Tramping, specifically the Te Araroa, I am in no way attempting to copy those I have mentioned in the “Acknowledgements” page, however in an attempt to make the reading a littler easier you will find, if you dig deep enough, a number a vague references to places, music and, quotes made or used by those before me and by the way the scenery does not change.
